Certified Trainer Program


MBI TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

The Train-the-Trainer program is an intensive 4-day certification program that equips facilitators to teach motivation-based interviewing workshops within their organization.  To attain certification, participants will be required to demonstrate a complete understanding of MBI and to be proficient as a presenter/instructor.

Each participant receives:

  • a 5-tab Train-the-Trainer binder
  • one copy of "Don't Hire Anyone Without Me!" (required pre-read) by Carol Quinn
  • one copy of "Have the Attitude!" by Carol Quinn.

Prerequisites:

  • Participants must complete the MBI Web Course, or attend one of our on-site MBI Workshops to qualify for participation in our Train-the-Trainer program.
Other:
  • Train-the-Trainer classes are generally held at a location in Florida, USA.  Participants are responsible for all travel related expenses.
