MBI VIRTUAL LEARNING DETAILS
CLASS DETAILS: MBI Zoom classes are interactive, instructor-led courses held on Zoom. Classes require attendees to have both audio and video. This course is broken into TWO 4-hour sessions - Part I and Part II. To attend, you must purchase a "registration code" and then register it for the desired class time/dates. Each registration code is valid for one Part I and one Part II combination. Please note, this is a two-step process: 1) purchase your code and then, 2) register your code. A seat in a class is not guaranteed until a code is registered! Once registered, you will receive an email with a zoom link and calendar invite. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. Class size is limited and early registration is recommended. Attendance at both sessions is required to fully learn MBI and complete the class. You cannot register for just one part. A great 76-page printed workbook will be shipped to you via your chosen shipping method once you have completed the registration process. In addition to the workbook, each class participant will receive a Certified Interviewer Exam Code. Passing the online exam is required to become a "Certified Interviewer." For those interested in becoming a Certified MBI Trainer, this class is a required prerequisite before attending the (in-person or remote/zoom) MBI Train-the-Trainer class.Two half-days of training will teach you everything you need to know about how to hire High Performers!
HOW TO REGISTER: Each registration code costs $280 and one code is required for each person attending the training. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with your code(s) along with a link to secure your seat in a Part I and Part II class. Your seat in a class is NOT reserved until you complete the code registering process. Please read our change/cancellation policy before purchasing. See link at bottom of page.

YOU GET A GREAT PRINTED WORKBOOK!!! Your workbook is an important part of your training... as well as being a great resource after class! We recommend that you chose a shipping option that will get your workbook to you at least a day or two prior to class. Media Mail is the least expensive, is only available within the US, but can take up to 10 days to arrive. If you register less than 10 days prior to class or are an international attendee (outside US), we highly recommend that you select a faster shipping option and pay the additional charge, otherwise it's likely you will not receive your workbook in time. For those who register late, or for any other reason do not receive their workbook before the start of their class, you will be able to download and print "worksheets" that will enable you to participate in all class exercises. Please register early!
