MBI REMOTE LEARNING DETAILS
CLASS DETAILS: MBI Remote Learning classes are interactive, instructor-led courses held on Zoom meeting. Classes require attendees to have both audio and video. This course is broken into TWO 4-hour sessions - Part I and Part II. It's the exact same content as the 8 hour instructor-led (in person) workshop...simply broken into two half-days. Registration is sold as a Part I and II combination with seats reserved for specific dates/times. Class size is limited and early registration is recommended. Attendance at both sessions is required to fully learn MBI and complete the class. You cannot register for just one part. Upon registration, you will be mailed a 78-page printed workbook via snail mail. In addition to the workbook, each class participant will receive a Certified Interviewer Exam Code. Passing the online exam is required to become a "Certified Interviewer." For those interested in becoming a Certified MBI Trainer, this class is a required prerequisite before attending the (in-person or remote) MBI Train-the-Trainer class. This MBI Remote Learning earns 7 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDC's) for Recertification. Two half-days of training will teach you everything you need to know about how to hire High Performers!
HOW TO REGISTER: Registration requires the purchase of a "registration code." Each registration code costs $249 and one code is required for each person attending the training. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with your code(s) along with a link to secure your seat in a Part I and Part II class. See the class schedule below. Workbook shipping is free within the US only if you register at least 10 days prior to your Part I class start date. Please note, free shipping takes up to nine days. If you register less than 10 days prior to class, you MUST select "Expedited Shipping" and pay an extra $15 otherwise you will not receive your workbook in time - for individual registrations only.
