Registered workshop attendees can use this form to select from a variety of boxed lunches, delivered fresh. Please note that this will be a working lunch. Please make your selection using the form at the bottom of this page. YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO REGISTER FOR YOUR WORKSHOP. Depending upon the workshop, your lunch may be included at no additional cost. In cases where lunch was not included in the price of the workshop, payment will be requested when you submit your meal preference.
