I have participated in the online training before, but it was so much more beneficial to be able to ask questions and clarify the material. The best was Tim’s guidance of the work groups we were divided into to collectively discuss questions from the training. This allowed us to bounce perspectives off each other while Tim provided guidance in accordance with the training material. His approach with the material allowed for candid dialog among participants. This was extremely helpful!

I wished I would have learned this 20 years ago. It would have made my job so much easier!
