It was interesting info and the tests helped you remember this information.

Before I took MBI training, I was experienced astronomical absenteeism and had to address everything that happened in my business personally. Once implementing MBI, I started hiring High Performers who were self-motivated and passionate about serving our clients directly. Despite having a large operation and team, my cell phone rang less than 5 times per year on average to need to give direct attention to problems! This literally changed my quality of life outside of work, and cannot recommend it enough.

Really enjoyed this workshop and how it was hands on. I learned a lot from these meetings.

I have participated in the online training before, but it was so much more beneficial to be able to ask questions and clarify the material. The best was Tim’s guidance of the work groups we were divided into to collectively discuss questions from the training. This allowed us to bounce perspectives off each other while Tim provided guidance in accordance with the training material. His approach with the material allowed for candid dialog among participants. This was extremely helpful!

I wished I would have learned this 20 years ago. It would have made my job so much easier!
