Although I have been hiring for many years using MBI, this course was invaluable. I learned how to refine my questions and gained a deeper understanding of the background of MBI. Practice makes perfect, and this course equipped me with the tools to update my hiring questions. Before I took MBI training, I was experienced astronomical absenteeism and had to address everything that happened in my business personally. Once implementing MBI, I started hiring High Performers who were self-motivated and passionate about serving our clients directly. Despite having a large operation and team, my cell phone rang less than 5 times per year on average to need to give direct attention to problems! This literally changed my quality of life outside of work, and cannot recommend it enough.

Really enjoyed this workshop and how it was hands on. I learned a lot from these meetings.
