After participating in just the first day of the two day course, I was humbled to learn that I was still far removed from eliminating average job performers. With my new interviewer skill, I now possess the capacity to to assess all candidates base on passion, the “I Can" attitude” and skill - the 3 'high performer' ingredients.

More often than not I was basing my recommendations on skill, personality, effort, and my “gut feeling”. With my new interviewing technique as well as, tools provided during my MBI training, I now possess the capacity to ensure that I qualify, and recommend high achieving candidates. I will now be assessing all candidates base on passion, the “I Can Attitude” and skill; the self-motivated individuals that every organization strives to hire.
