Now that you have scheduled your MBI onsite training and signed the Letter of Agreement, you must pay the 50% deposit to secure your workshop dates. If you added additional products & services to your Booking Request, you’ll also need to pay for those items at this time.  For your convenience, the total amount you’ll need to pay today can be found on the first page of your Letter of Agreement. Please remember that we will bill you later for shipping (as well as sales tax on merchandise if you are in Florida). 

Payment can be made by credit card or by check. For those paying by check, please select the “Company Purchase Order” option at checkout. You will get a receipt with instructions on how to submit your company purchase order and where to send payment.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After clicking on the PAY DEPOSIT button, enter a whole dollar amount only (no decimal point required) into the “Quantity” box as shown in the below.  For the purpose of your deposit, you may round the total down to the nearest whole dollar if necessary.  Example: If your total is $2500.55, enter “2500” in the QUANTITY box. Click “ADD TO CART” and proceed to checkout.

PLEASE READ OUR WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW:

Workshop dates are a key source of revenue for both Hire Authority and our contract trainers. Reserving a date, or multiple dates, locks down those dates so no other client can book them. Workshop dates cancelled less than 60 days in advance can be difficult to re-book. Clients who make a cancellation or reschedule request in writing more than 60 days in advance of a scheduled workshop date may receive 100% of their deposit credited towards a new workshop date(s) or obtain a full refund of their deposit.  Clients who make a written cancellation or reschedule request between 60 and 30 days in advance of a scheduled workshop date will forfeit 50% of their deposit. However, client may apply the remaining 50% of their deposit as credit toward a new workshop date(s), or opt for a refund equal to 50% of their paid deposit. Client acknowledges that no refund or credit shall be given if a request to reschedule or cancel is received less than 30 days prior to a scheduled workshop date. Failure of Hire Authority to provide the services described in this agreement will result in a full refund of all monies paid. The liability of Hire Authority will not exceed the funds received. No other stipulations, implied or otherwise, except as noted herein are a part of this agreement. Payment of deposit denotes acceptance of these conditions.
