Now that you have scheduled your MBI onsite or virtual training and signed the Letter of Agreement, you must pay the 50% deposit (or 75% for non-US clients) to secure your workshop dates. If you added additional products & services to your Booking Request, you’ll also need to pay for those items at this time.  For your convenience, the total amount you’ll need to pay today can be found on the first page of your Letter of Agreement. Payment is made by credit card. Please Note: Workbooks are not shipped until payment is received. 

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After clicking on the PAY DEPOSIT button, enter your Organization Name into the field provided. Now enter the AGREEMENT ID that can be found on the first page of your Letter of Agreement. Next TYPE IN a whole dollar amount using no decimal point in the “Deposit” field.  For the purpose of paying your deposit, round the total down to the nearest whole dollar if necessary.  For example: If your deposit total is $5500.55, enter “5500” in the Deposit field. Then click “ADD TO CART” and proceed to checkout.

VIRTUAL & ONSITE MBI TRAINING

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: In the event the CLIENT cancels the training at any time after the contract is signed the CLIENT is liable for 50% (75% for non-US Clients) of the agreed fee. If such cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event, the client is liable for paying HIRE AUTHORITY the full fee. 

CANCELLATION BY THE HIRE AUTHORITY: In the event of cancellation of this agreement at any time by HIRE AUTHORITY due to trainer illness or other unforeseen emergency, HIRE AUTHORITY will have no liability for expenses or losses incurred by the CLIENT. If such cancellation occurs, HIRE AUTHORITY agrees to immediately reschedule or refund to the CLIENT any money received from the CLIENT in the event HIRE AUTHORITY cancels the contract. HIRE AUTHORITY reserves the right to change designated trainer at any time.  

ACTS OF GOD: If HIRE AUTHORITY or CLIENT is unable to fulfill the terms of this contract due to an Act of God or any other legitimate condition beyond either party’s control, HIRE AUTHORITY and the CLIENT mutually agree to reschedule workshop date.
