Attendee Changes & Cancellations:
GENERAL: Hire Authority does not provide refunds for cancellations. If you cannot attend a workshop, you may send a co-worker/colleague in your place without penalty. If you wish to send a substitute, please notify us via email at info@hireauthority.com. Please be sure to mention the location and date for the workshop along with the new attendee’s name, phone number and email address.
1 & 2-DAY MBI WORKSHOPS ONLY: Hire Authority allows registered attendees to change their workshop date to a different date with a minimum of a 45 days notice and without penalty one time only. A 25% charge is incurred for each date change thereafter or for notice less than 45 days. The credit balance can be applied toward the purchase/rescheduling of another workshop or can be used to purchase of any other Hire Authority product or service.
MBI CERTIFIED TRAINER CLASSES: Although we understand that things come up, cancellations can be difficult for us to fill…leaving your reserved seat empty. For trainers/organizations who cancel in writing at least 60 days prior to the workshop, there is no penalty to reschedule one time only. There is a 25% charge for each date change (rescheduling) thereafter. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the event, you may claim a 50% credit. Requests to move to the next class are not guaranteed. We allow only TWO seats per Trainer class to be taken by rescheduled attendees or their replacement. Reschedule requests are granted in the order they are received. Registered Trainers who must reschedule may have to wait to the next available class.
Credits may be applied toward rescheduling/purchasing a future workshop or used to purchase for any other Hire Authority product(s) or services.
Liability
Hire Authority is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Hire Authority shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
Hire Authority Changes
Hire Authority reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the workshops, agenda, speakers, dates and venue location and can also cancel events if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. In the event that Hire Authority cancels or postpones a workshop, a 100% credit will be issued. Any credit issued will be available for up to one year from the date of issue. All workshops are non-refundable. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if the event is cancelled. If an event is not held for any reason, Hire Authority’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. Hire Authority is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, postponement, alteration or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, and accident.
