MBI ON-SITE WORKSHOP (ONE DAY):

Our workshops are held at your location and run from 8:30AM to 5PM. This highly interactive workshop conducted by a Certified MBI Trainer is actually "fun". Attendees spend a day leaning what information is the most accurate predictor of future job performance (...and it's not job skills), how to gather it (effectively), and finally...how to assess whether an applicant is a High Achiever. The instructor-led workshop is perfect if you have a minimum of 10 people in your organization that need to learn how to hire High Achievers. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 20 participants per workshop (16 maximum attendance for workshops outside U.S.).
